Terms of Service

By creating an account on DeygoEarn, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the app.

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must provide a valid, working BVN or NIN that belongs to you — using someone else's identity information is a violation of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• You may only hold one account. A BVN or NIN, once verified on an account, cannot be used to verify a second account.

• You earn rewards by genuinely completing tasks, offers, or surveys presented in the app, supplied by our third-party task-vendor partners.
• Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet once the vendor confirms your completion — this can take anywhere from a few seconds to several hours depending on the vendor, and in rare cases a vendor may reverse a reward it later determines was fraudulent or invalid.
• Attempting to complete the same offer multiple times, using automated tools/bots, VPNs to disguise your location, or multiple accounts to farm rewards is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeited rewards, wallet suspension, or account termination.

• You must complete BVN/NIN identity verification before you can withdraw funds from your wallet.
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum amount, shown in the app, and are paid out to the bank account you provide.
• We use Paystack to process withdrawals. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or by Paystack's own processing times.
• We reserve the right to delay, review, or decline a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, a violation of these terms, or a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Airtime and data purchases made through your wallet balance are fulfilled by Bigisub. Once a purchase is submitted, it generally cannot be cancelled or reversed. If a purchase fails to deliver, contact us using the details in Section 9 and we will investigate with our provider.

Referral and network bonuses are paid according to the rates shown in the app at the time they're earned, and are only paid once a referred person completes real, verified activity — not merely for signing up. We may change bonus rates for future referrals at any time; changes do not affect bonuses already earned.

We may suspend or terminate your account, and withhold any unpaid wallet balance, if we reasonably determine you have violated these terms — including fraud, multi-accounting, abuse of the referral system, or providing false identity information. Where legally required, we will notify you of the reason.

Task and offer availability depends entirely on our third-party vendor partners and can vary or become unavailable at any time, including for specific regions. We do not guarantee any minimum amount or frequency of tasks will be available.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
